Order Policy
50% non refundable deposit is required to place all orders
Orders are NOT confirmed until DEPOSIT is RECEIVED
Remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup/delivery
Last minute orders (less than 48 hours notice) may include a rush fee
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable due to time, supplies, and scheduling
Changes to Orders: Flavor or design changes must at least 72 hours before pickup. Changes after that may be accommodated.
Pickups: Customers are responsible for cakes once they leave. Please keep items level and refrigerated when needed.
